Fees

Individual Therapy: The Australian Psychological Society recommended rate for psychology services is $300. We offer a reduced rate of $225 per session which is 50 minutes in duration, and may be eligible for a rebate.

Fees start from your appointment time. If you are running late, you will have a reduced session time as we generally have clients booked in each hour. We accept cash, EFTPOS, and credit card.

Rebates

Your sessions may be eligible for a rebate from Medicare or your private health insurer.

To arrange Medicare subsidised psychology sessions, you first need to see your GP to obtain a referral which requests psychological services under Better Access. This will qualify you for 10 subsidised sessions per calendar year. The rebate per session is $96.65. Medicare rebates are paid directly into your bank account soon after your session so you will need to cover the fee upfront on the day of your appointment.

If you have private health insurance, depending on your fund you may be eligible for a rebate from them. Please consult your private health insurer for further information about whether you’re covered for psychological treatment and how much you can claim.

You do not require a referral to access our services, except when seeking to claim the medicare rebate.
